Access to your planning portal begins immediately, but we don’t step in until the 30-45 day mark. We'll guide you in submitting timelines, floor plans, and more, and we'll provide clear deadlines to help keep everything on track.

Site visit with your team at least 1 mo. out.

This is our heart and soul package. Very similar to our MINI package, but a bunch more bang for your buck!

Access to your lead coordinator 4 months out for a much more hands-on approach to those last few months.
Rehearsal direction the day before.
Take over of all vendor communications surrounding logistics and all pre-event needs for the venue and teams.
Reminders and suggestions leading into your big day surrounding etiquette, gifts, tipping, final payments, etc.
Multiple wrap calls to ensure every detail is perfectly aligned with expectations and clearly outlined for your team.
