The Mini

Think your standard “Day-of” Planner plus a few special JGE perks. This is for the client who is super duper type-A and wants to do everything on their own.

Access to your planning portal begins immediately, but we don’t step in until the 30-45 day mark. We'll guide you in submitting timelines, floor plans, and more, and we'll provide clear deadlines to help keep everything on track.

· Immediate access to your planning portal and templates

· Immediate access to vendor besties list

· Site visit with your team at least 1 mo. out

· Wedding day set up and tear down

· Complete event management with 1 coordinator

· Wrap call to review all documents, lists, timelines, vendors, set up details, etiquette questions, tipping standards, etc

The Main

This is our heart and soul package. Very similar to our MINI package, but a bunch more bang for your buck!

Everything from MINI plus…

· Access to your lead coordinator 4 months out for a much more hands-on approach to those last few months

· Rehearsal direction the day before

· Take over of all vendor communications surrounding logistics and all pre-event needs for the venue and teams

· Reminders and suggestions leading into your big day surrounding etiquette, gifts, tipping, final payments, etc.

· Multiple wrap calls to ensure every detail is perfectly aligned with expectations and clearly outlined for your team

The More

This is essentially what others call Partial Planning…. but even more because we can’t help ourselves.

· Immediate access to your lead coordinator on a consultant basis

· Contract review

· Budget guidance and consultation

· Rentals management

· As many meetings / trips to the venue as needed

· Hands-on approach to your final documents (seating charts, timelines, layouts, etc. for teams)

For couples who want it all!

This is our custom, full planning package where we'll guide you through the entire wedding planning process, handle all vendor communications and connect you to some of the industry's most talented pros.

How’s it work?

It’s so simple! We tell you exactly what we need from you in order to execute on your big day and we’ll provide you the platform in which to submit it. We’ll walk through timelines, etiquettes and vendor referrals, as well as production needs. Based on which package you choose, we’ll have a few calls (or cocktails) to tie up loose ends and voila! Time for you to get hitched!

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Once we receive your inquiry, we'll reach out and schedule a time to get on a complimentary 20 minute consultation call.

Step 2: Connect + Chat

Together on our call we'll discover if we're a good fit and what package will be best for your planning needs.

Step 3: Proposal

After our call, we'll send over a proposal that makes sense for you, based on what we discussed.
 
Step 4:
The Big Yes!

If you are as excited about working with us as we are with you, we'll have you sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit to lock everything in.
 
Step 5:
Onboarding

We'll create a planning portal for you to have immediate access to, and then we'll walk you through it all and get the ball rolling on your planning journey!
